Please read the following before donating to the club:

• The Henderson Amateur Radio Club, Inc. (HARC) is registered as a State of Nevada nonprofit corporation under NRS chapter 82.  Your donation may not qualify for an income tax deduction under state or federal income tax laws.
• You do not need to be a club member to donate to HARC.  Donating to HARC does not automatically provide club membership privileges.  Please visit the membership page to become a member of the club.
• The HARC Board of Directors may accept or reject donations at their sole discretion. HARC maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. HARC honors the donor’s request for any of our pre-approved programs and projects whenever possible.  In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed.  Therefore, donors explicitly release HARC from any restrictions on how those are funds are spent.
• Unless other arrangements have been made and approved by the Board of Directors, no donation shall be refunded or returned for any reason.  
• Nothing in this statement should be considered legal or tax advice. If you have any questions, you should consult your own legal or tax advisors before making a donation to HARC.
